Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately on upgrade, and at the end of your billing cycle on downgrade.
What counts as a “store” in CommerceBird?
Each unique WooCommerce installation (domain) connected to your CommerceBird account counts as one store. Staging or development environments do not count toward your store limit.
Which ERP integrations are included in Business and Premium?
All plans with ERP access include our three certified integrations: Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, and Exact Online. These are fully bi-directional, real-time integrations certified by both Zoho and Exact Online.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — Business and Premium plans both include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period.
What is MCP and which plans include it?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is what powers CommerceBird’s natural language store control. It lets AI agents act directly on your WooCommerce data — creating orders, updating products, generating quotes — through conversation. MCP access is included from the Premium plan and above.
How does the annual discount work?
Switching to annual billing gives you 20% off — equivalent to getting more than 2 months free. The discount is applied at checkout and your account is billed once per year.
