Which Exact Online subscription do I need?
CommerceBird works with all Exact Online subscriptions that include API access — including Boekhouden, Handel, and the higher-tier accounting and ERP plans. If you’re unsure, our onboarding team will confirm compatibility during setup.
What happens if Exact Online’s API goes down?
CommerceBird uses a queue-based architecture. If Exact’s API is unavailable, your data is held in our queue and synced automatically when the API comes back. No data is lost, and you’ll receive a notification if any sync takes longer than expected.
Can I sync existing WooCommerce data into Exact?
Yes. During initial setup, you can choose to import all existing customers, products, and orders into Exact Online — or start fresh from a specific date forward. The initial import runs in the background without affecting your store.
Does the webhook-based real-time sync require a Premium plan?
